iClone CC3 is Reaaly good for base Character interactions Concepts With posing & Physics ... even Animation !
That then we can Translate with more Composed quality .. on a more professional cinematic Degree .. inside a Pipeline like CINEMA4D + ARNOLD ..
We used CC3 Animations With physics Import in C4D as "xref" Maintaining Shaders and still have a Dynamic Link with any Changes in the fbx Geometry, After imported as Fbx, We still can pose it a little more. And it was Done Fast !
This way "With a full "xref" Dynamic Animation Link back to CC3 ... Any Animations Even full Geometries Changes we do inside CC + ICLONE, We just need to Save again as Fbx ... And the full Pipeline is updated, no needing to do shaders again and again ... Import as Xref Is like Having a Character creator "Live Plugin" Link, and can be done Inside Cinema4D / Maya / Houdini / Unity .. its a nice Trick. It Helps Alot !"
